Log Book Hours

Once you pass your practical driving assessment it is time to practice, this is the really fun part! You are preparing to become a solo driver so you have to be confident and competent behind the wheel. You need to gain extensive on-road experience of 25 supervised driving hours over a minimum of 6 months. The best way to prepare yourself for solo driving is to have a professional driving instructor guide you for some or all of your log book hours.

Our driving instructors know how important this practice is and that is why they will just be there to supervise. They will not take control unless they really have to as they want you to make sound decisions for yourself. Of course they will give you pointers and even teach you some defensive driving techniques, they will even work on particular skills that you may be a bit nervous about.

Our advice is to squeeze in as much practice as possible, more than the minimum of 25 hours and have a few driving lessons with one our driving instructors to give yourself the best chance of becoming a strong driver.
